Welcome to Laster Farms!

About Us

The Lasters were among the first settlers in the Harmony area, and Abraham Laster (1804 - 1862) receives credit for the location and naming of Clarksville. Abraham was an extensive landowner, and he and his descendants purchased the parcels of land that now comprise the Laster and King estates.

Our Work

Today, the farm is home to a herd of cattle (plus a few donkeys). The adjacent pastures produce enough hay each year to sustain the cattle.Bob Laster (great-great-great-great grandson of Abraham Laster) and his other family members manage the hay production, the cattle, and most other farm operations.
